SENIX TOOLS WARRANTY SERVICE POLICY


SENIX Limited Warranty

lSENIX will only provide free repair for products with quality defects due to defective materials or manufacturing and being determined to be eligible for warranty coverage by a SENIX-authorized repair facility.

lProduct warranty(Only for DIY use):5 years for lithium power tools; 3 years for lithium battery packs, chargers, gasoline products; 2 years for power stations.

lThe product warranty period is calculated from the date of the original purchase ticket/receipt.

lUsers requesting warranty must present the purchase ticket/receipt and warranty card verified by the authorized repair center, otherwise they do not have warranty rights.

lThe warranty of SENIX products is executed by SENIX authorized after-sales service organizations;

SENIX warranty does not cover the following situations

A. Any natural wear and tear as well as wear and tear that occurs during normal use, such as cylinder, gears, O-rings, rotor commutator diameter wear exceeding 0.2mm, carbon brushes, bearings, switches, power cables, spark plugs warranty, etc.

B. Any malfunction of the tool caused by non-observance of operating instructions, incorrect use, abnormal environmental conditions, exceeding the range of tool usage, overloading or lack of adequate maintenance and care.

C. Any tool failure resulting from self-repair or disassembled by a non-authorized service point

D. Any defects caused by the use of non-original parts and/or accessories.

E. Any tool malfunction caused by modification or addition of parts to SENIX products;

F. Any damage caused by improper carrying, transportation and/or storage.

G. Supplied parts or accessories.

 

Note: The company reserves the right to modify the above

policy and has the final interpretation of the warranty service

without violating national laws.
